Which accounts do I need to get started?
Use an eBay or Allegro seller account for the relevant import. DHL and DPD use your own business accounts, while available Allegro Delivery services run through Allegro.
Does a subscription start automatically after 14 days?
No. There is no automatic renewal. After the trial, you decide whether to purchase 30 or 90 days of access via PayPal.
Can I use only the invoice generator?
Yes. Manual invoices can be created directly in the dashboard without connecting a marketplace or carrier.
Can I use my own DHL and DPD rates?
Yes. VersandFaktur uses the credentials and contract rates of the signed-in seller.
Which e-invoice formats does VersandFaktur support?
ZUGFeRD/Factur-X as PDF/A-3 with embedded XML data, plus Polish invoices in the KSeF workflow.
How does the buyer receive the invoice?
Depending on the workflow, as a PDF attachment or via a protected, time-limited download link. KSeF documents also follow the required KSeF process.
